Martina Baum

 

Dr. Martina Baum (Dr. Ing. MSc) is an architect and urban planner specializing in the fields of urbanism, urban planning, and design. She founded STUDIO. URBANE STRATEGIEN in Karlsruhe (Germany) in 2008, an interdisciplinary design practice dedicated to contemporary urban design and urban planning. She has worked as a lecturer and researcher at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich and at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Both in practical work and in research studies, she stands for an interdisciplinary and integrative approach in the fields of architecture, urban design, and urban planning.
