BENNO AGREITER


 

Benno Agreiter (Dipl. Arch. ETH) is an architect and urban designer. He is the founder and partner of Dubach Agreiter Architekten and has experience in the fields  of requalification of central areas, site development and housing construction. He is a research and teaching assistant at the chair of architecture and urban design of Prof. Kees Christiaanse at ETH Zurich, where he conducts master theses and design courses. He is a winner of the Golden Brick Award, which is characterized by the quality of the design course and the commitment of the teaching staff in the Department of Architecture at ETH Zurich.

 

After graduating with Prof. Kees Christiaanse in 2007, he worked as a project leader for several architectural offices, most recently at Sapartners, where he was responsible for various strategic plannings (nursing home Bad Zurzach, Campus development Niederlenz etc.) and urban masterplans (Bad Zurzach Kurgebiet, Hochhauskonzept Buchs, Oberriet etc.). Since 2010 Benno has been running his own office, since 2012 together with Martin Dubach.

 

Since 2015, Benno has been working as a research assistant at the chair of architecture and urban design at Prof. Kees Christiaanse. In addition to the conception and teaching of various design studios in cities as  ZurichHamburgAmsterdam and London  ​​he also supervises master theses and contributes to publications of the chair.
