Contact Delegate

This delegate allows logged in users to get in touch each other by exchanging short messages.

Contactable

Only users that have the contact delegate's interface active are contactable.

Independent

However, this interface can also be activated independently of the ICC environment's main interface. The URL for independent activation can be derived from the main project interface's URL by adding 'contact.html' (instead of 'index.html').
