Reports Generation Delegate

This delegate assists the user in the generation and distribution of project reports.

Generating reports

The user tags documents and partners within the main interface and these information entities become available in the reports delegate. The user can create a layout from the components of these entities, and this layout is translated into a report composed in HTML.



Creating layouts

Using dynamic HTML, the delegate enables the user to specify the pieces of information to be included, then lay them out on a web page, and subsequently store the layout.



Managing distribution

The delegate stores the report together with the names of the addressees. Upon reception, an addressee can either print the document or read it on the screen, and subsequently remove her name from the list to acknowledge receipt.
