Contact Delegate README
This representative allows the user to send and receive small messages to and from other contactable users.
Installation
The contact delegate is integrated into the Oracle mediator, by default. No further installation is required.
Access
The contact delegate is always present in the interface, unless the user has chosen to exclude it from the interface.
A stand-alone version of this delegate is available, by default, to be used separately from the environment's interface. The user can start this version by adding contact.html to the environment's URL.
