| Am 18. Dezember 2007, wurde das Ergebnis der Seminarwoche CNC-BlowUp, die FIDU Brücke, einem Belastungstest unterzogen. Zur Vorausschätzung der Ergebnisse sowie zur Planung und Durchführung des Tests wurden Bauingenieure der ETH Zürich beigezogen. Die alle Erwartungen übertreffenden Endresultate weisen auf ein grosses Potential dieser neuen Konstruktions- und Produktionsmethode für weitere, noch unbekannte Anwendungen in der Architektur. | | On December 18th 2007 the result of the seminar week CNC-BlowUp, the FIDU-Bridge, has been static load tested. Civil engineers of the ETH Zürich have been involved in the process in order to pre-estimate the results as well as to collaborate in preparation and execution of the test. The all expectations exceeding results have proven this new construction and production method to be of great potential for other, yet unknown uses in architecture. |
