| Mit dem Bild des berühmten Schweizer Designstückes namens „Landistuhl“ von Hanz Coray im Kopf wurde ein Blick auf die Zürcher Landiwiese geworfen. Die Übersetzung der dadurch entstandenen Idee in die Sprache der Löcher erfolgte mithilfe von Pearl-Script. Die CNC-Maschinen speicherten das übersetzte Bild im Material. Dieser Blechpavillon besteht aus 36 unterschiedlichen, parametrisierten Sandwich-Elementen. Das angewandte Konstruktionssystem sowie der Einsatz ausschliesslich computergesteuerter Maschinen im Produktionsprozess erlaubte eine Minimierung der Produktions- und Montagezeit, sowie die Erzielung hoher Detailgenauigkeit. | | With the image of the famous Swiss piece of design known as Hanz Coray’s Landistuhl in mind, a look at the Landiwiese has been taken. For the translation of the thereby resulted idea into the “hole-language”, a software called Pearl-Script has been used. The CNC-machines helped “saving” the translated image in the material. The Sheet-metal Pavilion consists of 36 various, parameterized sandwich-elements. The applied system of construction supported by computer-aided machines enabled a minimization of the production and construction time, as well as an outstanding detail precision. |
