looking through a book about victor vasarely, i stumbled on a portrait drawn by himself. interestingly he used designs which are
quite similar to our exercises - but he did it by hand! so i tried to pick up his idea of painting and combined it with the
moiré effect seen in the little movie (it is the result of moving a slice of foil over an image which both have the same contents).
