| Die Paravent-Übung als Bestandteil des MAS-Kurses am Lehrstuhl CAAD ETHZ hat zum Ziel, den Nachdiplomstudenten den Technologie sowie die technisch-gestalterischen Möglichkeiten der CNC Laserpressmaschine näher zu bringen. Die Aufgabe besteht darin, mithilfe dieses Verarbeitungsverfahrens eine lichtdurchlässige, modulare Wandkonstruktion am Computerbildschirm zu entwickeln und nahtlos, sprich unter Umgehung des „Papierplanschritts“, maschinell herzustellen. | | The metal-screen-exercise as a part of the MAS-program at the Chair of CAAD ETHZ aims at giving the students an understanding of the CNC laser-cutting-bending technology and its potential in terms of design. Asked is a design of a translucent, modular metal-screen construction, developed on the computer display and manufactured seamless, that is excluding the paper-plan-step, with the aid of the given technology. |
