The atlas of the un-built summarizes the research on the condition of the un-built spaces around Basel and in particular the limit between built and un-built.

The reading of the landscape regions and of the way in which they ‘touch’ the built fabric, was the condition for the design proposals that were then focusing on the idea of the limit, understood as the crucial place for the transformation of what seems to be otherwise the unquestionable form of urban development.
