The Atlas of Cairo

An atlas book of Cairo was produced during the first three weeks of the semester. This atlas is a collection of foundational data on Cairo that accompany us through out the semester investigating these cities and also portrays the main topics as an introduction. The atlas comprises of these 13 fundamental topics, each to be researched, explored and presented by groups of two. The information collected on the each topic is represented using maps, diagrams, charts, tables, illustrations, time-lines, images. This information should always be placed within a larger context and in relation to the main political and historical occurrences.
