RandomJumper [behaviour] |
Each individual Qoom unit is placed randomly in the office floorplan and tries to occupy the necessary number of adjoining cells in the direct neighbourhood. The adjoining cells are examined and occupied in clockwise direction. It's not guaranteed that each Qoom can reach its targetsize! In each circulation the qooms 'jump' in the same order into the office. |

Each individual Qoom unit captures successive each cell and tries to occupy the necessary number of adjoining cells in the direct neighbourhood. By checking each cell the qoom agent remembers the best solution found and occupies these cells then the last cell is checked. If a qoom finds a place whith the right size and the adequate infrastructure it stops checking the remaining cells. In each circulation the qooms start in a randomly order. |
