In the course of the thesis, an urban strategy for the “Airport Corridor” between Amsterdam-Zuidas and the airport of Schiphol is worked out. The focus of this strategy lies on a stepwise interconnection of the different urban elements in the area of the “corridor”, which are spatially strongly separated at the moment. In particular, the strategy is worked out for two areas which are underdeveloped at the moment, Elzenhof and Oude Haagsweg.
